Just bellow the message icon there is the 'bold' 'italic' 'undeline' and so forth, the fifth one from the left is the glowy button.
That's the one to make text look[glow=red,2,300]like this[/glow]

*todays forcast looks quite good. sun in the north with a light drizzle down south. looks like the temprateure today will be arround 14*c in the central parts.
