Last night I saw the most apalling thing on the news...

A family has had a baby recently... but according to the government... the baby doesnt exist!

The reason why is because they decided to have a home birth... and the father delivered the baby...
Because no doctor or politician was there... the beuros refuse to believe she exists @.@

The family taped the birth... the family took the baby to see the council... but they dont care.
And they want them to pay $4000 for DNA testing just to see if the baby is theirs
